Summary: Seth was an amazing host and was available if we needed to communicate. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The activity area in the back with pool table, ping pong, golf sim and TV was the perfect area to have some leisurely fun after our long days in sun. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire table outside and sharing stories from the day. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing with nice jets. We really appreciated the labeling on drawers in the kitchen so we could easily find bowls, silverware, pans, etc. We cooked breakfast several mornings and had everything we needed. We liked the location which was somewhat centrally located for golf around the city. It was also super easy to get downtown. Would love to stay here again in the future

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this property. We had 4 different couples, plus 2 kids. Each family unit had their own full bathroom, which was incredible. The shared areas were plenty big for our group to gather and socialize. The finished garage area was a huge perk that we really enjoyed to play games and watch sports. Hot tub was clean. Grilling was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. We do this trip every year, and we all thought this was the best property we have stayed at! Also, the location was excellent. Plenty of stuff within walking distance or a short drive, plus parking on the property was plentiful.

Summary: We used the property as a home base for a 9 person golf trip. It was centrally located between the three courses we wanted to play. The stay could not have gone better. Zero issues and Seth was so good at communicating everything. Plenty of room for all of us and a great gathering space. 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: We had 4 couples, siblings and spouses. This home offered each couple a private bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of common area space to gather, share meals, and visit. The game room provided a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating area. Location was near attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: My large family of four children thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. There was plenty to do with the hot tub and game room while simultaneously not being on top of each other due to the large rooms with attached bathrooms. Location was very close to Lexington downtown and it was easy for us to get to the south side to see family.One suggestion would be to upgrade to a tankless as the temptation to take longer showers and baths was high in the nicely designed bathrooms!

Summary: The house was great, even better than pictures. Game room was fantastic and everything worked properly, was a very fun place to hang out and get a little friendly competition going between friends. The hot tub was in the best condition I’ve ever seen from a bnb rental. Water was clear all the jets worked the lid was easy to operate not broken and waterlogged. In my experience the hot tubs at rentals are always in some sort of disarray so this was a very pleasent change from the norm. House was very well kept and clean. Overall an excellent stay in a great location. 10/10 would stay again
